Yes, you can opt for MBA from BIMTECH and then join any company related to civil , but if you want to do MBA particularly in civil field, i dont think any college in india would be offering any such course.

Civil engineers jobs are after BE now a days people are more inclined towards vastu designs .add it in your CV. Emerging economy is the perfect place developing cities countries are good destination for civil engineers. Central govt. policies are also good today for getting and looking more jobs in future.
