Hi Shafi,
It is going to be competitive quite frankly. You must improve your communication skills, probably you can take up a foreign language and gain few years work experience in India before applying in the Middle East. Do research on the companies you plan to apply. Applicants are encouraged to have strong managerial skills as well. Go through some leading job portals and visit the international job posting page for information. Hope this helped.

University of Auckland, Massey University, University of Canterbury are supposedly the top universities. Please check university websites for various specializations offered.

Civil Engineering is a very vast field. It will be difficult to suggest a generic course for MTech. IIT Roorkee is the best Institute for civil engineering. IIT offers MTech Civil specialization in Building Science & Technology, Environmental , Geotechnical , Hydraulics Structural and Transportation Engineering . You can choose a specialization based on your interest.

Yes, you can opt for MBA from BIMTECH and then join any company related to civil , but if you want to do MBA particularly in civil field, i dont think any college in india would be offering any such course.
