Interior design coarses are a kind of professional coarses just like civil engineering. You can go for interior design coarses anytime during admissions after 12 as well as after you engineering also. It has no age limits criteria.If you feel yourself interested towards interior designing you can apply in relevant colleges of interior designing and you have to appear for entrance at institutional levels. But you cannot pursue your interior designing coarse when you are still pursuing your civil engineering degree because as i said both are professional coarses. If you leave civil engineering and opt for interior designing coarse then you can definately do it. But I ll suggest if you complete your civil degree and then you can freely go for it.
