Civil engineering is a booming industry. Transport engineering is some of the more in-demand areas now. It is honestly not easy for international students to get a job abroad. If you have the right skills, I don't see any reason why you will not get a job. US is no doubt quite competitive, they also have strict rules for international students. Choose the right course and country, work hard on your academics, improve your networking and communication skills and make best use of every opportunity.
