Yes, Indian students can change courses at Conestoga Canada. It is only allowed during a specific period and according to programme rules. 

To change a course, one can use the Student Portal to add or drop courses when timetables are released.  Another way is to submit a Course Change request form under the "Services" tab on the portal.
