No, the UofT has a cool acceptance rate of around 70%, but a 2.5 GPA is not a good score as an Indian student.
Given pointers should be taken care of -
- The UofT is Canada's top-tier university and students need a minimum of 3.0 GPA, which is around 75%.
- It is just the minimum, the students would need a competitive GPA of around 3.7 on a 4.0 scale.

With around 70% acceptance rate, the University of Toronto is one of the best universities in the world as well as Canada. Indian students are required to meet the UofT admission requirements to get into this university, which are given below, take a look -
- Completion of class 12th (CBSE) for UG courses
- Subjects like Business or Engineering should be there
- A 4-year UG degree with a min GPA of 8.0 on a 10.0 scale
- English language proficiency IELTS with 6.5 bands or TOEFL iBT 89+
- GRE or GMAT scores maybe asked for Business (Rotman) and some STEM courses
