Yes, students who have obtained a BCom LLB degree from Vel Tech can become judges. It doesn't matter where students get their degree from. What matters is the effort they put into the preparation for the Judicial Services Exam. Assam Down Town University is not approved for the B.Sc. course in Agriculture by the ICAR. Although ADTU has a recognition from University Grants Commission and All India Council for Technical Education, yet the university is still not recognized by ICAR to take the agricultural course. If ICAR recognition is a requirement for you, then you can consider some other institutions that have their courses approved by ICAR; some of these are Assam Agricultural University or Chaudhary Charan Singh Haryana Agricultural University, which offer B.Sc. in Agriculture and get recognized by ICAR.
