Hello Akshay Sharma, I must say that you have scored reasonably well in JEE Mains of January considering your category. I am sure you will get admission in an NIT of your desire with this percentile. However, to be sure, I am attaching a link that will predict a college for you based on your percentile score. Hi, Chitkara University is definitely a good option to pursue B.Tech, as it offers a fabulous up-to-date industry based curriculum to study with due attention to practical knowledge rather than theoretical which is the need of an hour plus a whole complete package of tremendously great placements. Yes, when it comes to drug addiction and other malpractices, you may have to come across them nearly in all university hostels, unfortunately it has become the part and parcel of university hostels now and is majorly found in boys hostel but my suggestion would why to give up on an excellent opportunity for this matter; rather you may go with

Master's degree in the relevant subject. Duration: One year
Selection: An all India Entrance Test will be conducted for selecting candidates for admission to the M.Phil. Degree. M.Phil. Thesis: Examinees will submit the M.Phil. Thesis before appearing in the university examination conducted in the university campus. Award: Master of Philosophy (M.Phil.) Degree with specialisation in the relevant subject shall be awarded to all the successful candidates by the University.
