The NIFTs are considered among the best design colleges in the country. As per most of the educational institutions rankings, the NIFTs frequently rank among the top 10. For instance, NIFT Delhi has been ranked No. 1 in the India Todays . The 2nd and 3rd positions were occupied by NIFT Mumbai and NIFT Bangalore, respectively.
