Your calculated rank will be somewhere around, 40000 to 5000 that is too high for any NIT or IIIT. You need a minimum of 99 percentile if you are aiming for CSE as it is the most sought after branch in the engineering and therefore have very high cutoffs, under 5-10k.

The eligibility criteria for a B.Tech in Computer Science and Engineering degree at Rajasthan Technical University:

Passed Class 12 with minimum 45% aggregate (40% for reserved category candidates)

And in JEE Main you need more than 90 percentile for getting Computer Science branch.

As per the analysis of previous years cut-off data, you have very less chances for CSE in KTR campus but you have good chances of getting CSE branch in SRM Chennai (Vadapalani and Ramapuram) campus. In the previous year, the most popular branch was CSE and cutoff rank was Rank 10,000 for Chennai Campus. I hope this helps!

Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University Hyderabad (JNTUH) offers its flagship programme B.Tech for a duration of four years in 24 different specializations. Yes, You are eligible to sit in JoSAA counselling even if you are not qualified for JEE Advance. In JoSAA counselling, it doesn't matter whether you have qualified for JEE Advance or not.
