Yes, You are eligible to sit in JoSAA counselling even if you are not qualified for JEE Advance. In JoSAA counselling, it doesn't matter whether you have qualified for JEE Advance or not. Anyone who has given JEE Mains can sit in JoSAA counselling and try their luck. I hope this helps. Let me know if you have any other questions.

The cutoff for Sastra University varies every year and depends on the number of applicants and their scores. However, usually 75% of IPE and 25% of JEE are considered in making a rank prediction for Sastra University. According to one source, with 70.9% in IPE and 90.3335452% in JEE Mains, you may be eligible to get a seat in Sastra University. The minimum qualification for admission to the M.Tech. (CSE) programme is 65% in four-year Bachelor's degree in engineering (I. e. B.E. , B.Tech. , or equivalent) in any one of the following (or equivalent) branches. Final-year students expecting to graduate by July 2023 may also apply.

Candidates who have scored minimum 45% aggregate marks in Mathematics, Physics and Chemistry/Computer/Biology in HSE are eligible to take admission to the B.Tech courses at Anand International College of Engineering (Anand-ICE) in Jaipur. Yes you will get any admission in computer engineering. For getting admission in engineering it doesn't not matter whether you have computer subject in class 12th or not . For getting admission in engineering your JEE advance or JEE main rank matters.

If you are from general category, then there is low chance that you get a decent btech stream but you will not get CSE, IT or mechanical branch
