Hi,
For Degree course, you have be 10+2. So, I do not see any chance for fresh admission. In designing (skill based courses) Lateral entry not possible.
But, there are Diploma courses and Short term courses which accepts students who have not completed class 12th.

Best for economics is Delhi school of economics. It has a tough entrance that you've to clear with good rank. It's under university of Delhi.

Hi,
The minimum qualification required for entry into B.Ed course is a Bachelor of Arts B.A. Bachelor of Science B.Sc or Bachelor of Commerce B.Com from recognized board/university. A minimum aggregate score of 50% in graduation. A minimum aggregate score of 55% at post-graduate level.

You can't continue the same degree. You have to start afresh. Select a college, check eligibility, if eligible apply for the desired course.
