After completing B.Com, you can do a job, or you can also pursue MBA. It totally depends upon student's interest. And, coming to the other question which you asked, after completing your B.Com you can get banking job. There is other option that after completing your B.Com, you can prepare for banking exams and get the job in bank.

Sharda University is a very good College for international students as it provides a good infrastructure / research platform and a much secured campus with good hostel facilities. BBA Logistics & Supply Management - 3 years course. For International Students: The eligibility criterion for all programs for international applicants is minimum 50% in the qualifying examination and having studied the prerequisite subjects for admission in to the desired programme. You have not mentioned the Name of the University you have done BA. You should have got your degree certificate after the University convocation gets over. So, please mention the college / University. Meanwhile, you can also speak to the college authorities about this.

You can go for one year of Diploma. These vary between study programs and levels. For each course, Indian students will need to meet a minimum English language requirement. Along with that a minimum academic record of 65% and above in class XII will be required. Foundations and Diploma programs are available for students who have secured below 60%. The student should have completed 18 years of age before joining a degree programme. It is important to note that these numbers are just for reference purpose, the actual numbers may differ from university to university. The following documents also need to be submitted:
Attested copies

The B.Tech CS admissions in UIT is based on UPSEE scores. You have to apply online in the college website. They will ask for UPSEE score. You have to fill in that information. After you register - if your scores are at par with the college's cut off they will call you for counselling.
