VELS University B.Ed is approved by NCTE and the university has been granted the status of deemed university by UGC.So, B.ed is definitely eligible for TET and CTET.

Here is the eligibility criteria:
A candidate should have passed the Bachelor's Degree / Master's Degree of any recognized University, with at least 50% marks and should have offered at least one school subject at graduation level as a principal or subsidiary or allied or an optional subject.
