Some major ground service providers like Indigo and Air India might not accept your distance education degree. But others who are basically involved as third party service providers like BWFS and Celebi will accept such a degree.

No, NLSIU offers only 5-year law course immediately after your 12th standard. There are several other universities where you can do three-year law.

Hi Mohd,
Yes, but you need to check the institute which you want to enrol. For that you should see that the university you want to do MBA is recognised by UGC i.e. University Grants Commission or not. For that you can go to www.ugc.ac.in and go to the section "Inside HE". Also Your university should approved from AIU, i.e. All Indian Universities.

The candidate must have passed 10+2 (HSC) or equivalent examination from this university or any other recognized university with minimum 45% aggregate of marks. Candidates having certificates issued by madrasas with at least 45% aggregate of marks are also eligible to apply
Candidates must have attained 17 years of age.
Yes, you are eligible to apply for this course in JNU.

I don't think you'll get admission in RGIT. If you belong to some category other than OBC and open, then maybe you've some chance of getting admission in second or third round.
