Firstly, try to figure out where your interests lie. You can go for career counselling or try to talk to friends or relatives in different fields so that you get to know which field excites you more and then you can pursue that course to lead a smooth life just like you want.

Hi,
If not CAT then you can write MAT exam and if not, some colleges provide admission without these exams and that would be in distance education but CAT or MAT is compulsory.

No, I think there is no possibility of doing dual degree at a time. It would be better if you take it after completing it. But even if you get admission in any open university you may face some problems regarding admission, exams, dates, etc.

As your percentage in 12th and in BBA is not as good. So try to achieve post graduation (MBA)degree from good institution with good percentage as well try to learn some skill from the different training programme also grab some certificates by get involve in creative events inside or outside the institution. When it comes to clinical practice abroad it gets tricky. Indian BDS degree is not accepted in the USA or Canada. You need to complete DDS over there after NBD part 1 and part 2 is completed (like an entrance exam).
