Starting from the point of view, Hacking doesn't require eligibility of academics. Hacking is just a skill which requires, Coding Knowledge, Network Knowledge, Server-side Scripting Knowledge, Computer Hardware Knowledge and Testing Knowledge. Both, degree and Diploma are types of recognition conferred on a person on the successful completion of an educational course. Major differences between a Diploma and degree are listed below:
The duration of a degree course is usually 3 to 4 years and the emphasis is on academics, whereas a Diploma course is a short term course (usually 1 to 2 years in duration) that focuses on training a person in a particular field.

You are eligible for doing BA, B.Com, B.Sc on the age basis. You have to write eligibility test or Bachelor Preparatory Programme (BPP).
Consider DBRAOU, Hyderabad for B.Sc and other local university for BA or B.Com. (DBRAOU notification released).

Hi Nivedita, The candidate must possess at least one of the following minimum qualifications to be considered eligible for admissions in NID:
Bachelor's degree of minimum 4-year duration in any specialisation, after 10+2 system, from any university or institute recognised by law in India.
Condition: Applicant must (have passed/have appeared for/be appearing for) the Bachelor degree examinations before July 2018.
