It depends completely on your career goal. I hope you mean public service commission. If you mean that and civil services then they are good and rewarding careers. For that you need to work a lot and if you mean any PG degree and not MBA then you may pursue MA in public administration along with it. If you mean MBA in PG then you should prepare well for getting seat in only top 50 B-schools.

Some of the following courses in healthcare, only require two-year degrees. I have tried to list these courses below:
1) Cardiovascular Technician: Associate degree programs are offered at community colleges and vocational schools. Admission requirements vary by school.
2) X-ray Technician: Associate degree in radiology technology
3) Respiratory Therapist courses.
4) Medical Sonography

Diploma is good.

Diploma in Engineering is a 3 year course. Graduation in engineering is 4 to 5 years.

Hi, MS admissions are highly competitive in Canada. It is a very good Bachelor's degree, 75% marks and above is preferred. Research, publications, outstanding recommendation letters etc. are additional requirements. Additionally, you must see, if you are fit for MS Coursework or MS Research-based programs. University of British Columbia, University of Toronto, University of Waterloo, University of Alberta, York University and MCGill University to name a few.

Hi, admission requirements for international students are generally the same. To get into a top university, firstly you must have very good academic record. An upper first class is preferred. To apply to a MS Management programme, take the GMAT or the GRE. Additionally, you must take the IELTS to meet the English language requirements. Apart from these, you have to apply via the individual university websites or common application portals of the countries. A very good SOP, excellent LORs, relevant projects etc. will be required.

UK has ample options, but depends where you want to study and the subjects you want to specialize in. In UK, some universities for consideration are:
