If you want to do MBA then don't waste your time in B.Sc. Simply do BBA and if you are interested in science then go for B.Sc & M.Sc. Simply follow your interest, be the best and you will get the job (this rule applies to everyone and every subject).

Diploma in a layman language is a short term course generally up to 2 years which mainly focus on training a person in a particular field. They are one of the quick and best way to get a job as their course is more practical oriented. The importance of Diploma as compared to degree is relatively less. Hello Aditya,
You can reappear for 12th if you have confidence that you can score more than present. Or you can go for 3 year Diploma on the basis of 10th Standard Percentage. The Choice is yours. Its not about value it's about if you really wanna do that or not. If you really wanna do Engineering and have passion and interest in that you can go for Engineering or can change you career stream. You can either choose Diploma then Degree or you can reappear for 12th. Also please analyse why you scored so low. Hello Evangel, These days many Universities are offering distance education. However the best I found is IGNOU. It has plenty to offer, course content is the best and enough time for submission of assignments. Go for this.

In distance learning, one need not attend classes as regular students and vice versa for class learning. In degree level, regular courses have a ting edge over the distance learning courses because of numerous reasons. Surely, one can work with his distance education until and unless dates for exams don't clash with his office work.

You can apply for cabin crew profile which requires only 12th as educational qualification. Jobs in aviation do not necessarily require the Candidates to hold a degree in aviation to get hired. The airlines or avaition companies train the Candidates as per their needs after shortlisting them by some rounds of selection process or may be just after an interview. Age:Between 18 and 27 years
Minimum Height:Men - 170 cms and Women - 157 cms
Weight:In proportion to height
Educational Qualification:HSC (10 + 2). Candidates who are appearing for their HSC examinations can also apply
