For correspondence course, you can try IGNOU. There is a MoU with ICAI and IGNOU and you need to give only 4-5 general exams to get your B.Com degree.

If you've pursued UG degree which has recognised by UGC means, Ex, Annamalai, Bangalore University, etc. Definitely, you're eligible for further Master's and PG programs.

Honors degree is having the dissertation process and normal degree can easily be achieve while honors degree cannot be easily achieved. I am attaching the link for clearing your doubts. Honors degree help one to get job easliy and in company also honors degree is preferred.
