Hi Prathamesh,
For admission to SIBM Pune, it is not necessary to have work experience. Our student body comprises of both freshers and people with work experience. As long as you fulfil all criteria, you can get admission.

Eligibility To join IIP for PG diploma in Packaging:
Age: Maximum 25 years
Candidate must be a graduate (not by correspondence or part time) in Science (12th+3 years degree, entire 5 years in science only) with Physics / Chemistry / Mathematics Microbiology or Biochemistry as the main subject or one of them as second subject in the 3 year degree or Agriculture / Food Science/ Polymer Science or Engineering / Technology or equivalent securing minimum second division marks from a recognized university.
Final year appearing candidates can also apply on provisional basis.

I shall request you to further share whether you got some other certificate or Degree or you left B.Tech? If by 'completing the course' you mean you studied all four years and know all of that engineering stream but 'No Degree' is with you, I must say that employers shall not accept that as it is.
If you have very good at skills of that engineering stream and have also developed experience then there is a possibility that some private firms may take you through your work, not via qualification.
No scope is there without an eligibility certificate in government jobs.

There are many job opportunities which are available to interior design professionals. Design professionals have a choice to work in a supervised setup (Design studios and Interior design firms) or work independently. The Government sector is also known to hire interior design professionals. Government sector jobs in PWDs, Municipal Corporations, and Town Planning Departments are available to interior design professionals and are known to recruit such professionals.
