Keep both as a plan A and plan B. Firstly, try for the option you want to prefer first. If you have both the option at same level, then I suggest you to go for Master's degree. It will increases your knowledge, specialization and your chances of getting a job in your field. Nowadays, it is common to have Master's degree, since most of the people are now doing the doctorate degree. Go for Masters then for job.

For that, you have to enroll yourself in any engineering college and then have to clear all the subjects every semester, in order to get a degree of engineering.

Yes, sure. You can complete Bachelor degree and if your JEE marks are not good, you can opt for SVET i.e university exam can obtain good marks to get the desired branch.
