Hi Athul,
Yes, you can apply after your class 12th, that's normally the universal rule. To apply for Canadian universities, you must be very good academically so you have to study hard. Also, you must take the IELTS to meet the English language requirements for international applicants. You are strongly advised to check university websites for details of Bachelor's degree programs, its admission, fee and deadlines before applying.

IIBM Institute Programs are not degree programs & not approved by UGC / AICTE / DEC. These are industry recognized certification courses that are absolutely useful for the working candidates to enhance their knowledge, skills & improve upon their resumes. It is not valid as per my knowledge for any government job as will not be considered as degree at the first place. For any Degree it must be approved by governing body.

Hi,
UPSC civil services exam is your gateway to a career in the distinguished Civil Services of India. If you clear this exam, you stand the chance to become an IAS/IPS/IFS officer. This exam is held in three rounds which include the prelims, the Mains and the board interview. You must hold a Bachelor's degree in any stream from any recognised university. So, having a Master's degree is not important to apply for UPSC exam. Although, if you are unsure about clearing the exam and looking for a backup option, I would suggest that you opt for a Master's degree.
