GRE is mainly a requirement in universities in the USA. Cal Tech, Georgia Tech, MIT etc are top notch ones. First, decide where you want to study, every university has its own admission requirement. You can check here for options but ultimately you have to decide or shortlist basis the admission requirements, your profile, budget and so on:

Hi Neeve,

Xavier's a recognized college in India, if you are talking about St. Xavier's College, if yes I don't see any reason why Xavier's degree won't be recognized. Alternatively, check the college recognition on UGC website. Also, check with the colleges abroad if your profile and degree is acceptable or not.
