Your future course of action in higher education depend on your present industry, domain and role. Since, you have done your Bachelors in electronic and electrical, you may either select M.Tech. In some related field or go for MBA/ PGDM in Leadership or Technology Management related areas. However, it is hard to advise you on anything unless your entire background and vision for future is known.
