The present Indian Govt has already embarked on 'Make In India' concept. Many big ticket projects are in pipeline which may fructify fully by the time you finish your graduation. I, therefore, feel there is great scope in both branches you are mentioning.

Getting CSE is a bit tough for you at KIIT, but you can easily get EEE & ECE branch, ECE is better in terms of exposure and placements.

These two branches have quite some differences.
EEE is mostly oriented towards electrical engineering and encompasses electronics only as much required. The course includes Power systems,Microcontrollers, electrical circuits, (Resistive, Inductive, Capacitive), Switch gears, Signal processing. EEE is all about the big or macro electrical products you see around yourself, such as House wiring, transformers, Power substations.
Whereas, ECE or Electronics and Communications provides attention to the micro or less seen aspects such as diodes, transistors, Integrated Circuits, micro chips, Chip designing and architecture etc. It is
