Both the colleges are well-reputed. You can choose either of them. It's not about the college but it's about your interest. Please choose the branch in which you are interested. Because placements you will get both the colleges. But in the end, what matters is your interest.

The Vardhaman Engineering College is in top 10 in Telangana region. There will be good placements over there according to my opinion. Before applying, check weather it has NBA accreditation. If it is, then there will be good placement.

Yes, you can! A diploma is equivalent to +2, so you can apply for BCA in colleges which take lateral entries.

Hi Sai,
Yes, you are eligible for the course. Candidate must have passed Diploma in Engineering/Technology from a recognized board.
But, you must secure the qualifying marks in TSECET. Admissions is through counselling conducted by Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University Hyderabad (JNTUH) based on rank obtained in Telangana State Engineering Common Entrance Test (TSECET).
Hence, you can wait for the cut-off.
Regards.

Yes. You can. One of my students, after her B.Tech in IT, did her course in Fashion Designing. The eligibility for such courses is graduation to do Masters. On the basis of your 12th, you can so a bachelor's course but that would not be needed as you already possess an engineering degree.
