Syllabus of EEE and ECE is about 80% common. EEE syllabus has electives on Electrical power generation and distribution. Whereas ECE has electives on Telecommunication technology.

The most demanded branch currently is CSE than comes Mechanical and the third is ECE . So as per your question ECE is clearly better than EE . Also see that there lies a difference in EEE and EE .
EE is simply electrical engineering and EEE is Electronics and Electrical Engineering which is better than EE .
