The placements of electrical engineering at IIT-Delhi are almost 95%. The average package of electrical engineering at IIT, Delhi is around 7-8 LPA. Many multinational companies visit here and offer good packages to electrical engineers:
Companies like Microsoft, Amazon, Yahoo, Google, Reliance Industries, PepsiCo, Glenmark, Wipro, Asian Paints, Sun pharma, Dr. Reddy, Zydus Wellness, Cadilla Pharma, Adani Group, HPCL, BPCL, Lodha Group, Samsung, Paytm, Ashok Leyland, etc. Since EE branch is best and evergreen, the placement ratio of EE branch will also increase in future with good amount of packages by the companies. Talking about the IITs and NITs, all IITs and NITs placement ratio will also increase or the packages will increase because IITs are the top most engineering institute worldwide.

There is slight difference between both the colleges. Here we are comparing two different branches. It's very difficult to choose one of the above mentioned Institutes. Computer Science engineering is most popular course in engineering. So, if your interest lies in coding and other software related stuff then Choosing IIT Delhi over IIT Bombay will be a good decision. Placement wise both the colleges have 100 percent Placement but some of the electrical and electronics engineering students end up in IT sector. Average package of CSE in IIT Delhi is higher than EEE in IIT Bombay. I will place Computer Science engineering in IIT Delhi on top only due to placement.

Mumbai is a one of the well-known engineering colleges in Maharashtra and is said to be ranked second in Maharashtra after College of engineering, Pune (excluding IITs and NITs). Getting into this college through MH-CET requires a lot of efforts too. Placements of VJTI are pretty good when compared to other government colleges in Maharashtra. For EEE department last time (2016-17) out of 64 students who applied to placements from EEE department 59 students were placed meaning 92.18 percent placement for EEE which is a quite good number. More than 55 companies visited the campus for recruiting from EEE department. The lowest package offered was around 3 LPA and the highest package offered was around 19.5 LPA. Many reputed companies visited the campus.

In the 2017 year, IIT Madras provide a good placement for students. IIT Madras witnessed a decent increase in the salary packages of the student graduating from the reputed institute. Delhi Technological University is a reputed institute and is also popular among the people. Coming to the infrastructure, the Department has 11 well-equipped curriculum laboratories and 4 research laboratories. There are separate departmental project laboratories. They have good faculty members too. It has a good amount of placements for ECE. Some of the top global recruiters are Texas Instruments, Synopsis, Sandisk, Qualcomm, ARM, Freescale, ST Microelectronics, TCS Digital India, Samsung, Wipro, Airtel, etc. , which have offered placements to the students of this department with a package of over Rs. 16 LPA. Other recruiters from allied sectors have recruited students from this department with attractive packages. BITS-Pilani is a well-established institute that has taken place in the world university rankings like QS, BRICS, etc. , as well as 16 the position in NIRF rankings 2017. It has well-equipped laboratories with the latest technologies as well as of high standards. The faculty members are mostly Ph.D. holders and you may also find Ph. This from IITs. They are well experienced and supportive.

NIT-Trichy is ranked 11 according to the MHRD rankings while NIT-Warangal is ranked at 34. But the question asked bothers me more. We can't compare two different branches in different colleges. Actually comparing different branches from the same college is also not a good idea. Branch is not a thing which can be termed as good or bad or better than other. Branch should be chosen only on basis of one's personal interest and passion for it. If you don't know which ones better suited for you, I would recommend to going to college's website and comparing the curriculum of both the branches. It will surely help you in making a decision. Seeing what subjects you will be studying for the next 4 years will give you a fair idea whether you like a branch or not.
