1. Environmental Engineering
2. Polymer and Chemical Technology
3. Bio Technology
4. Mechanical Engineering with specialisation in automotive engineering
5. Production and Industrial Engineering
The total number of seats in above programs are about 35 only (Including 4 outside Delhi candidates). The admission are done through the Common Entrance Test. The eligibility criteria is 60% marks in Diploma in any stream. Hence you are eligible here B.Tech lateral admission and can also change your trade.

The most demanding stream is CSE. So, better pursue that course. You can also opt for ECE as it is equally demanded. As for the status of Canada, do some research and find what is more demanded there, what industries they have etc.
