Normally students opt for graduation after competition of Diploma in engineering. In any case eligibility for Diploma is class 12th & so also it is for graduation. Hence, if you have completed graduation then you can definitely seek admission for Diploma in engineering, but it is not called as PG Diploma. Best wishes to you.

You can always think of going abroad, but frankly speaking, you must pause, mediate and find solution for detention. If you don't do this then perhaps it may happen abroad too and that would be disastrous. I strongly advise that take action as above. Remember, there is nothing impossible. You can do it.
