Hi,
Chances are dicey and will depend on how well you convince the university. It is the best if you gain some work experience for at-least a year to show your consistency and determination. Go through university websites and go through the program curriculum well. Do your homework properly, check all specialisations and see what was missing the last time you earned your degree and why do you want another masters now.

You should pursue a field you are interested in because if you don't do it and lead your future with other options, you will not be that successful. Thus, I would suggest you to go for a field where your interest lies. But as you have asked, the best option is to go for mechanical engineering. If you are interested in it you can go for it.
