B.Tech plus MBA is good but MBA should from premium institutes of the country otherwise you go for job and gain three or five years of experience, after that apply for executive MBA which is more beneficial.

If your college has Aeronautical Engineering, you may request for change. Otherwise you can do MTech in AE which is an interdisciplinary course in few universities. You can join Indian Air Force as commissioned officer in Aeronautical Engineering Electronics branch and IAF will train you as Aeronautical Engineer at AFTC Bangalore.

Hii. For getting into MNNIT Allahabad you need to give jee mains and get 200+ marks in that.Further you need to have very good percentage in boards but if you are applying next year yhen board marks are being excluded from the rank process so you need to focus on mains and get marks around 231.

You Should go for B.Tech in electrical engineering as you complete d your diploma in this subject which will help you a lot. You also can get an lateral entry to second year B.Tech in some colleges/ University.

Whichever course you opt doesn't matter in getting admission to your desired course i.e. Electrical Engineering.
However you can go with PCME - Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics & Electronics Combination
