You are having very good marks in your board exams but not a good score in JEE Mains. You may get NIT based on this score or may not also. You shouldn't rely only on this and apply for some other best institutes also. Private universities also provide quality education with best infrastructure along with impressive placements. masters is done in a particular specialization not in a complete branch of engineering like you wrote on electrical engineering. first you have to decide a sub brach a part of branch to be studied further and yes you can go for any subject to get Masters.
