You are having very good marks in your board exams but not a good score in JEE Mains. You may get NIT based on this score or may not also. You shouldn't rely only on this and apply for some other best institutes also. Private universities also provide quality education with best infrastructure along with impressive placements. Check out the following colleges -

no i think amity noida is a waste of money as there is more exposure than placements . Placements are not worth . So i suggest not to waste money. In case you want to join then go for cs as it has many opportunities than electrical

it depends on your performance and ability you get the job after completing btech from NIT . it is no doubt better than other pvt and state gov college.

masters is done in a particular specialization not in a complete branch of engineering like you wrote on electrical engineering. first you have to decide a sub brach a part of branch to be studied further and yes you can go for any subject to get Masters.

Basically electrical engineering is the core branch, but in todays era Instrumentation and thermal engineering having the good opportunities.These are considered as major branches of electrical field.Wish you all the best for your choice!!!
