Education: Graduation (min 3 years) in any discipline with min 60% marks and have passed Maths and Physics as a subject at 10+2 level B.E/ B.Tech from a recognized University with min 60% marks. Age Limit: 20 to 24 years.

There are a no. of government and pvt. ranked colleges in India where you can take admission on basis of your JEE Mains score. For that, you have to be updated for forms and admissions date for these colleges.

The technical line then opting electrical engineering would be a good idea. But if you are creative and passionate about photography, then you can opt for B.A. In photography. But I would personally suggest you to go for electrical engineering as you can always switch to photography afterward if nothing works out. However, doing vice-a-versa would be difficult.
