Electrical engineering have nothing to do with the ethical hacking. In electrical engineering, you have to deal with C, C+ and other electrical subjects. However, if you want to learn you can learn it yourself.

Both branches are good. In both of the branches you have more chances to get jobs in core fields, you have more chances to get jobs in government sector as well as private sector. Both are opposite branches. Mostly this depends on your interest you can choose either EEE or mech.

Those students who have completed 3 years of Diploma in engineering for which they could have sought admission after completion of only 10th are definitely and surely eligible to seek admission for graduation in engineering. As a matter of fact, there is a great advantage of admission in second year of four year degree course directly called as lateral admission.
