Hi Shivam,
BITS, Pilani is having its own exam called BITSAT. Based on your performance in this exam, they call you for admission, you need to score a minimum of 305 out of 450 to get into any of the campuses in Hyderabad, Goa and Pilani. Also, specifically for Pilani, you need to target above 315, they don't consider your JEE Mains marks.

Yes, of course, you have to appear for the LEET exam and score according to the college cut-off then you are eligible for lateral entry admission.

There are a number of people who act as brokers but it's better if you contact the college directly. We have a management quota option where you have to pay more than the normal fees and then you can get the branch of your choice.
