Being a BC candidate, it is very difficult to get a college for CSE especially a government college. So you may try in the counselling for getting a good college.

It's great that you have completed your B.Tech and want to continue your studies with M.Tech. Yes, MIT-Muzaffarpur offers M.tech to 72 candidates who are really good and eligible for M.Tech.

To be eligible for GATE (graduate aptitude test in engineering), you need to M.Sc after B.Sc. Only BE / B.Techand B. Arch graduates are directly eligible for GATE.

There are total 3 attempts for JEE Mains and 2 for JEE Advanced and these are applicable for the consecutive years only.
So, if you would complete your 12th board exam in the year of appearing JEE or have completed in the previous year then you are eligible for JEE.

You can get some college like Oriental University-Indore, Sri Aurobindo Institute of Technology. So try it, my advice is that you cross the percent of JEE so, I think you take a drop and prepare for JEE Mains, but take your decision wisely.
