Firstly you have to shortlist the colleges that you want to apply for and check the marks that they require for admission and then You have to score good marks and give a good interview to stand a chance against the several candidates that are applying every year.

If you get an offer from a college in Canada, then you can get the visa irrespective of the backlogs. But, the college might not send you an offer, because of the backlogs. But, however try your best.

Yes, you can change it to the required college, but you have to check up the curriculum first and see whether the college has any such rules or not.

Generally, there is no scholarship for people studying in B.Tech in any college however if you want to avail any scholarship then you can check the website of the college for criteria.

JEE Main (B tech) now will be a fight for 300 marks instead of 360. Likewise, JEE Advanced candidates will have to appear for the questions which answer is numerical value and for which no options will be available as per updated JEE Mains Exam Pattern.
