UEM Kolkata Placements 2026: Highest Package, Average Package, Top Recruiters

UEM Kolkata offers decent placements annually for various courses like BTech, MBA and MCA, etc. As per the latest report, the participating recruiters have placed 1559 students of the Engineering and Management batch 2024 in new-age job roles. However, the highest and average package offered to Engineering and Management students during UEM Kolkata placements 2024 stood at INR 72 LPA and INR 8.48 LPA, respectively. WBJEE Counselling 2025 was conducted in two rounds, namely Round 1 and Round 2, followed by the Defence quota counselling.

Yes, MCA is a two-year course offered at the PG level. The admissions to the MCA programme are based on the entrance exam score. The university considers the WB JECA / any other national level or state level exam or UEM Entrance Exam score followed by a GDPI round. Also, candidates must fulfil the eligibility to get admission to the course. A pass in BCA/ B.Sc. (Computer Science) from a recognised university with at least 70% aggregate and above is required to apply for the MCA course.

The CAT exam is always conducted in November every year so CAT 2026 will be conducted in November next year. Students can click here to know more about the CAT examination. 

No, candidates will not be able to fill out WBJEE application form offline. The authorities will release the application form online at wbjeeb.nic.in. No other mode of application will be accepted. While filling out the application form, the candidates will have to provide their personal, academic and contact details. All of the submitted details have to be valid and as per the documents possessed by the candidates. Invalid and incorrect applications will be rejected by the authorities.

WBJEE 2026 application form correction facility dates have not been announced yet. The registered candidates will be able to access the WBJEE application form 2026 correction facility online at wbjeeb.nic.in/wbjee. During the correction process, the candidates will be able to edit/correct some of the details that have been previously submitted in the application form. After the final date, the authorities will not accept any requests for corrections in the WBJEE application form.
