The demand for BTech graduates is high across every domain. After completing BTech degree from UEM Kolkata, students are open to multiple opportunities. WBJEE Counselling 2025 was conducted in two rounds, namely Round 1 and Round 2, followed by the Defence quota counselling. 

Candidates must verify the following documents at their allotted institutes at the time of counselling.

Admission to BBA is based on IEMJEE score followed by a counselling round.   A pass in Class 10 and Class 12 with at least 60% aggregate is required to apply for BBA course. Admission to PhD is based on NET/ SET/ GATE score. University of Engineering and Management, Kolkata offers a full-time/ part-time/ integrated PhD programme with different specialisations. The duration of PhD course varies between three and six years duration. Candidates must complete a master's degree or PG diploma/ degree in any discipline with at least 60% aggregate to apply for the PhD course.

According to the UEM Kolkata, cutoff for Round 3 in 2023, the closing ranks for all B.Tech. specializations ranged from 11664 to 17861. The most competitive specialisation has been Information Technology with a closing rank of 11664, followed by Computer Science and Engineering (IOT) with 17861 rank.
