Hello,
You have completed your B.Tech, but for applying UGC NET with the IT subject, you should have a post-graduation degree in computer Science or Informational technology. After that, you can apply for JRF or Lectureship. Before to apply for both of the posts, you should check the Key factors related to UGC NET Exam. You must have to follow the below eligibility criteria:- You must have scored 55% aggregate marks (50% for SC/ST, OBC- NCL, PwD) in Masters. - Age must not be more than 28 years, for applying for Junior Research Fellowship. - No upper age limit for applying the post of assistant professor.

Yes, unfortunately in spite of 70 years of Independence, the language for teaching of Engineering has still remained English. In no state of India even today, the language of teaching has changed over to the mother tongue, where as in many European countries the teaching language is mother tongue of the country. Best wishes to you.

If you are a deserving candidate from the Economically Weaker Section (EWS), we truly wish you should not miss the EWS quota with respect to the seats in Government Jobs (likeIAS, IPSetc) and Government institutes (like the Iims and IITs). Many candidates and even some bureaucrats are not aware of the newly introduced provisions. Read this post to know in detail about the criteria to be included in the EWS Quota.
