MITID DAT 2025 - The MIT Institute of Design has released the FINAL merit list of MITID DAT 2024 for the M.Des and B.Des courses.
The FINAL merit list for the M.Des program was released on May 20, 2024. Meanwhile, the final merit lists of MITID DAT 2024 for the B.Des and B.Des programs were released on May 15, 2024.Â

The application form for MITID DAT 2024 is now closed. The last date to apply was March 10, 2024.
Interested candidates had to apply for the exam before the last date.
As part of the application process, the candidate will have to get registered and fill in personal, academic, and contact details. The candidate will also have to upload documents and pay the application fee.Â
The MITID DAT 2024 entrance exam was conducted on April 7, 2024. The exam included a Design Aptitude Test (DAT), which will include both subjective and objective questions.Â
The results of the MITID DAT 2024 were announced on April 22, 2024 (5 pm). The results were declared online and can be checked by entering one's roll number.
The scores of the aptitude test will be used to shortlist candidates for a Studio Test and Personal Interview.

DAT examination includes computer-based MCQ (objective) test, subjective test and offline drawing test. Objective and Descriptive Test is a Computer Based Test. Where in Objective Test candidates have to choose the correct option, in Descriptive Test they have to write the correct answer in the text box. Drawing Exam is an Offline Test. For this section candidates are provided A4 size drawing sheets to draw using Pens / Pencils / Colours etc. After the exam is over, the answer sheets are collected, scanned and uploaded for evaluation at the test centre.
