IELTS stands for International English Language Testing System . It is an entrance examination for candidates with proficiency in English Language. This examination score is accepted by various reputed international employers, universities and colleges. 

The examination primarily focuses on four sections- Listening, Speaking, Reading and Writing.

UPSSSC PET exam is conducted by the Uttar Pradesh Subordinate Service Selection Commission (UPSSSC) in offline mode with an OMR sheet. The exam consists of 100 objective type questions with multiple choice options. Each question carries one mark and there is negative marking of 0.25 marks for each wrong answer.

The difficulty level of questions asked in UPSSSC PET Exam can be considered moderate, with some questions being easy and some being more challenging.

It totally depends upon the candidate however it is fair to say that it is not everyone's cup of tea to crack the examination very easily. As far as Indian Students are concerned, they need to follow the syllabus and exam pattern very well to be familiar with it . Some questions include new concepts as well, which sometimes becomes a challenge for students hence making it a little difficult to tackle those. However, the right amount of practice and learning will make sure that candidates can approach some new concepts as well. No, without the admit card aspirants will not be allowed to appear in the exam. Candidates must ensure that they carry at least two printed copies of the admit card to the exam centre. The admit card's hard copy is mandatory to be presented at the time of appearing in the exam. The hard copy/print out of the NLSAT admit card is the only valid proof of identification and verification which is acceptable at the NLSAT test centre. Candidates failing to produce the NLSAT admit card at the test centre in hard copy format will not be allowed to centre the test centre.

Yes, the NLSAT exam has negative marking of -0.25 marks for wrong attempt. Unanswered questions have no negative marking. Candidates must select questions to solve very carefully in the NLSAT exam. They should solve only those questions which they know they can solve accurately.

  • For every correct answer, candidates are awarded one mark

  • For every wrong attempt, 0.25 marks are deducted from their total score 

  • No marks are awarded or deducted for questions not left un-attempted
