Hi Madeha,
Pursuing PG programmes in medicine is a challenge in Germany. All PG or MD level programmes are run by the German Medical Council. Secondly, you cannot apply basic MBBS if you hold one. You have to clear the registration exam held by the Council and also be accepted by hospitals to pursue your PG. Will advice you to get in touch with the Medical Council.

Hi Nandikonda,
If you have completed 12th or in your 12th note that you cannot apply after 12th to a German university. They need 13 years education. You may clear the IIT JEE Advanced after 12th to be eligible or complete the first year of a Bachelor's degree programme in India. Remember you have to be highly academic and a very strong profile is required. As far as exams are concerned, prepare for the IELTS and German Language. No other exams are required unless you opt for IIT JEE Advanced.

Hi Kunal,
The tuition fee is very low in German universities. It may cost around 500 to 1000 euro per semester. It is free in national universities. To be admitted, you must have a very strong academic profile. Additionally, you must have a strong profile with the demonstration of research work, publications, etc. Take your IELTS. German language knowledge is beneficial.

You cannot take a loan in a foreign country. You have to take a loan from an Indian bank only. You are supposed to show your finances while applying for the visa. In such cases, without loan you cannot even apply for the visa.
As you are going, you need a copy borrower either your parents or siblings and you have to give collateral security for the loan. Interest rate differs from bank to bank.

The cost is on an average a 500 Euros with additional cost of living every year. However, the admission in German universities is based on high academics & the related information is available on DAAD website. You may have strong LORs & (Recommended) GRE to get admission in good universities in Germany.

Hi Dipu, abroad is a vast term, you need to specify a country. Secondly, since every university has different admission requirements, you have to check the requirements on university's website before shortlisting any university. For university rank, you can check QS ranking. Also check this, does all the good universities offer automobile branch:
