Hi Pranay,
The national universities are free and extremely competitive for international students to get into a free university. German universities require 13 years education, hence after your 12th you must either clear IIT JEE Advanced to be eligible to apply to a Bachelor's degree program. Another option is to enroll into a Bachelor degree in India and complete the first year. Excellent academic grades, knowledge of German language and IELTS scores are pre-requisites. Hi Tanush,
You must not be knowing this but German universities do not accept Diplomas for admissions into their Bachelor's degree programmes. After completing your Diploma, you must enroll into a Bachelor's degree programme in India and complete only the 1st-year with very good scores. You can also clear the IIT JEE Mains. Hi Amit,
If you are looking for Master degree programmes then most of them are nowadays offered in English. To get admitted into a German taught programme you must demonstrate a strong knowledge of the language. You can take either of the following tests - DSH (German Language University Entrance Examination for International Applicants, GDS (Goethe Institut German Language Diploma), TestDaF (Test of German as a Foreign Language) and the DSD (German Language Diploma of the Standing Conference of the Minister of Education and Cultural Affairs, Level II). If you pass one of these tests, you will have a chance.
