Hi Lionel,
You can do so but you have to meet the admission requirements of the university you are willing to apply to. Both Australia and Germany are top study abroad countries but you have to check the priorities, your career plans and then decide.

Yes, Germany is regarded one of the finest places to pursue MBBS. There are no entrance exams as such but you must take IELTS and TestDaf for English and German language requirements. Programmes will be taught in German mostly. Academically you must be a brilliant student. The fee may be around Euro 480 to Euro 1000 per semester.

German Universities have world class educational facilities, faculty and academic environment for engineering education. German Universities are best colleges for Mechanical, Automobile and Metallurgy Engineering. There are lots of Technology companies in Germany, therefore, even job opportunities are very high after education in German Universities. It is right decision to do B.Tech in Germany.

USA universities have minor edge over German Universities for MS in Instrumentation and Electronics. But to get work visa in USA is difficult. Cost of Education in USA is very high whereas there is nominal fee in German universities. On the basis of Return on Investment, MS in Germany is a better option.
