The duration of a Bachelor's degree in Germany depends on course. A Bachelor's degree in Germany usually takes between three to four years of full-time study and students' workload is evaluated based on the ECTS system. According to this system, Bachelor's degrees in Germany are worth 180 to 240 ECTS or credits, i.e., 60 ECTS per year.

Every country has a list of skilled occupations which are in demand. You have to check these lists to know whether the occupation is listed or not. Australia removed dentistry from the skilled occupation list so I won't recommend. You can therefore opt for Canada or Germany depending on your profile, university requirements and your budget if you are asking for further studies.
