To get into the BBA programme at GIBS Bangalore, the process is quite simple. You should have completed your 12th grade or equivalent exam from any recognised board, whether you're from Commerce, Science, or Arts. Even if you're waiting for your 12th results, you can still apply.

GIBS usually prefers students who have around 60% marks, but more than marks, they look for students who are passionate and eager to learn business. After that, there's usually a short selection process which includes things like an interview or interaction round. It's pretty student-friendly and smooth overall.

Yes, GIBS definitely takes care of its faculty growth. The college regularly conducts Faculty Development Programs (FDPs) where teachers learn new teaching styles, research methods, and industry trends. GIBS also encourages faculty to write research papers and case studies, which helps them stay updated and share real-world examples in class.

This not only improves teaching quality but also makes learning more interesting for students. Overall, GIBS believes that when faculty grow, students grow too — and that's what makes the learning experience here so strong.

At GIBS, the faculty-to-student ratio is around 1:15, which honestly makes learning a lot easier. Since the classes aren't overcrowded, the faculty actually get time to focus on each student.

You can easily ask your doubts, get personal guidance, and have open discussions. It feels more like a mentor-student connection than a typical classroom setup. This helps a lot in understanding concepts better and building confidence for real-world situations.

At GIBS, the classes are super practical and not boring at all. It's more about learning through real examples, case studies, and live projects instead of just theory. We also get guest sessions from industry people, which helps us understand how things actually work outside books. Plus, there are a lot of group activities, workshops, and presentations that keep things interesting. Honestly, it feels like we're getting trained for the real world, not just for exams.
