GIBS Business School's campus life has had a profound effect on my educational growth (academically, personally, and professionally). At GIBS Business School, faculty are really hands-on when it comes to student projects and industry work.

For student-led projects, they guide us on choosing topics, planning work, and making sure we do it the right way. They give feedback, suggest improvements, and help us connect what we learn in class to real-world business situations.

Sometimes, they also bring in examples from companies or help students work on small industry consulting assignments. This makes projects more practical and helps us understand how businesses actually work.

At GIBS Business School, GD and PI are just ways to understand you better — not just your marks.

In GD, they see how you talk in a group.
Are you confident?
Do you share good points?
Can you listen to others?

You don't have to dominate — just speak clearly and show positive attitude.

In PI, it's a simple one-to-one conversation. They ask about your background, goals, and why you want to join. They just want to see if you are genuine, confident, and serious about your career.

In very simple words —
GD checks how you behave in a team.
PI checks who you are as a person.

That's it. It's more about confidence and clarity than being perfect.
