That is an interesting choice. I assume, you have computers and/or Maths in your subject choice in class 12th. You haven't given your marks, not have you mentioned if you are interested in degree or Diploma. Computers usually has a higher cut off than other courses but there is a variation between 50% (pathway Diploma) to 95% (for top universities). It depends on your marks and your budget. Big universities like Toronto, Waterloo, Alberta have higher cut off. Smaller universities like Memorial, Winnipeg have lower cut off. Colleges mentioned by previous user offer good applied degrees and Diplomas.

Those who have an educational background in computer Science or IT or computer engineering can enter the field of ethical hacking. They must know programming languages like C, C+, Python, Ruby etc. The understanding of widely used operating systems like the various versions of Windows, Linux and Firefox etc. Is also an important part of your knowledge base. Some of the known certifications in Ethical Hacking are CEH (Certified Ethical Hacker) and CHFI ( Computer Hacking Forensic Investigator) offered by EC Council; CCNA Security (Cisco Certified Network Associate Security); scope's SCNS (Security Certified Network Specialist)

In continuation to your other query, I first want to ask you whether you really are inclined towards Cyber security or it is because of lack of job opportunity that you want to pursue the course? If the latter is the answer, then I must tell you that there are n number of companies that have a strong IP team, For eg: Mastercard in Pune has a strong IP Legal team and it is looking for leads as well. Also, Law firms need associates from time to time in their IP team. You can personally visit the lawfirms or apply through LinkedIn. I understand it's October already and panic starts to creep in about finding a job. But don't take

Yes, you can. But, make sure you did it from a good decent institute based on major cities, which can provide you with placement assistant. Otherwise, it would be difficult to get on your own.
