If I take into consideration that you won't go for an MBA, then BHM is definitely a better option. If you go for BHM you would have better job opportunities, both in India and abroad. Even during recession, hospitality industry is the least affected because of numerous reasons. There are many options like hotels, cruise ships, restaurants, airlines etc. Where you can start your career once you are a graduate. If you do it from any of the IHMs, then you would many companies walking in for the campus recruitment. Its your choice to stay in India or to work in other countries.
