There are varied factors as well as offers these days to HR Post Graduates for the Managerial profiles of HR Management, Recruitment Area, Consultancy work or even Administration Work in the HR Departments. To be true with observation, it is possible to start from 15k to 30 k in good companies. Remember that unless you get a manager profile you won't be offered much. The amount goes to a good package if 6lakh above per annum in case the MBA is from a prime institution.

If you have selected IT, then the best option is to select either Marketing or HR, because both the streams require IT skills to operate software like HRIS, Digital Marketing, SEO or SMO. More options are available with Marketing. Finance also play a role in this as it makes use of SAP, Tally and other software. Best options are marketing and finance.

This would depend on your financial situation. In case you need to start earning money to support your family then you should look for a job and after 3 years of work experience explore distance MBA or Executive MBA or part time MBA in HR. In case there is no pressure of supporting your family then you should prepare for CAT and go in for a full time MBA programme.

Dear Supritha, It is a bit difficult to get admission with 55% in graduation as Australian universities ask for a minimum of 60% normally. However Deakin University, James Cook University do entertain 55% but with an IELTS score of overall 6.5 with not band less than 6, your chances increase if the score is 7 or higher. Apply early to increase chances of admission. Funds shown also should be adequate to meet their requirements to have a better chance. All the best. Regards, Satish.
